Terms of Service for Aniflow AI

These terms set out the agreement between you and Aniflow AI when you use aniflows.com. They are written to be read, so please read them.

1. Agreement. By creating an account or using aniflows.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Aniflow AI.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Access from jurisdictions where this service is prohibited is not permitted.
3. The service. Aniflow AI provides text conversation with fictional characters. It is entertainment and companionship, nothing more.
4. Fictional characters. Every companion is invented. Names, photographs, ages and biographies are creative content and do not depict real individuals.
5. Not professional advice. Nothing a companion says is medical, legal, psychological or financial advice. In an emergency contact the appropriate local service.
6. Your account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
7. One account per person. Accounts are personal. You may not share, sell, rent or transfer an account to anyone else.
8. Accurate information. Registration details must be truthful. We may suspend accounts created with false information.
9. Acceptable use. Do not use Aniflow AI to produce or solicit content involving minors, non-consensual acts, real identifiable people, threats, or anything unlawful.
10. Harassment and abuse. Attempts to use the service to harass others, or to generate material for harassment elsewhere, end the agreement immediately.
11. No scraping. Automated collection, crawling, bulk downloading or reverse engineering of the service or its outputs is prohibited.
12. No resale. You may not resell access, rebrand the service, or present its output as an independent product.
13. Security testing. Do not probe, scan or stress the infrastructure without written permission. Responsible disclosure reports are welcome through support.
14. Free access. Free features may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time without notice.
15. Paid plans. Subscription prices, inclusions and billing periods are shown at checkout. The price shown at purchase applies for that billing period.
16. Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand through your account settings.
17. Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the current period ends.
18. Refunds. Where a statutory cooling-off right applies we honour it. Outside that, unused time on a started period is not generally refunded.
19. Price changes. We may change prices for future periods with at least thirty days' notice. Continuing after the notice period means accepting the new price.
20. Taxes. Prices may exclude local taxes, which are added where required by law.
21. Our content. The brand, the site design, the companion writing and all related material are owned by Aniflow AI and protected by intellectual property law.
22. Your input. You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the service for you.
23. Generated replies. Subject to these terms you may use companion replies for personal, non-commercial purposes. Similar output may be generated for other users.
24. Feedback. Suggestions you send us may be used without obligation or payment.
25. Availability. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, updates and outages happen.
26. Changes to the service. Features may be added, altered or removed as the product develops. Substantial reductions to paid features are announced in advance.
27. Suspension. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, threatens the platform's security, or is involved in fraudulent payment activity.
28. Termination by you. You may close your account at any time from your settings. Closure removes access and deletes your conversation history.
29. Disclaimer. The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows.
30. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
31. Indemnity. You agree to cover losses we incur from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
32. Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failures caused by events outside its reasonable control.
33. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
34. Disputes. We ask that you contact support first. Most issues are resolved that way; unresolved disputes go to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
35. Severability. If a provision is found unenforceable the rest of these terms remain in force.
36. Entire agreement. These terms and the privacy policy form the whole agreement between you and Aniflow AI regarding the service.
37. Updates to these terms. Changes take effect fourteen days after being posted. Continuing to use Aniflow AI after that means you accept them.
